Responsible business conduct is an important pillar of the SWISS corporate strategy.
Air travel connects people, cultures and countries, and facilitates global exchange and trade. Today it is impossible to imagine a world without air travel. The vital importance of the airline industry also means we shoulder a high level of responsibility – towards society as a whole, our customers, employees and the environment. We feel it is our obligation to create added value for our customers, our employees and for Switzerland, and to fully meet the responsibility we bear. SWISS implements comprehensive measures to reduce its impact on the environment, maintains responsible relations with its employees and as a company is actively engaged in numerous social issues.

Matters of particular importance to SWISS include the support of climate action, responsible resource management and its responsibilities as an employer.
